Title: VP of Design & Marketing

TipsFromTown, a lifestyle and wellness website, was founded by Karen Latimer, MD in 2012.  I joined the team in 2015 and enjoyed an "all hands on deck" atmosphere. I was involved in every aspect of this woman-run website. I loved having the opportunity to exercise all these different parts of my brain in ONE place. I even got to exercise another part of my brain: writing as I shared my thoughts and ideas on local interests, parenting, love, family and food.

I was responsible for:

- Logo and template design for the website

- Branding and marketing strategies

- Creating irresistible, click-worthy posts to drive traffic to the site

- Daily managing of the design and content of the site

- Creating high quality graphics for stories, social media posts and campaigns that encourage audience engagement

- Managing 9 Facebook pages and 3 Instagram accounts

- Designing all print collateral 

- Writing and designing bi-weekly E-Blasts
